Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% service fee.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows and will be charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
No Deposit Required
A deposit is not required to book men’s cuts or natural hair services; however, cancellation fees still apply.
Repeat No-Shows
Clients with two or more no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be unable to book online.
Emergency Situations
Emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possibleexceptions may be made at the stylist’s discretion.
